Hi, I am Marija!

I’m a Lithuania-born, Netherlands-based multidisciplinary artist working across illustration, painting, and digital art.

After studying Multimedia Design in London, I began my creative career working as a concept artist for video games and as a children’s book illustrator, while also collaborating with editorial, advertising and commercial clients on a wide range of projects and commissions.

Over the years, my work has become deeply rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and worldbuilding. I love creating strange little characters and atmospheric worlds inspired by folklore, nature, dreams and everyday observations.

For me, creativity isn’t about perfection or following strict rules. It’s about learning how to trust your ideas and build a process that feels personal and alive.
